Per ACA guidelines of SIMRP administration and WIMPER sales, all parties receiving commissions, or fees, must be an actively licensed insurance producer/broker of health, accident and life in the sponsored company’s state of situs.

Sale of the NROLvip ENGINE pays broker’s commissions and fees directly from all insurance carriers and vendors. Brokers must be able to be appointed with all vendors and carriers in the program. All sales of the NROLvip ENGINE must receive final approval from NROLvip LLC.
